ABOUT US
At Left 2 the Chin Boxing Club, we believe everyone can achieve their goals through the art of boxing. Our dedicated team is committed to enriching the lives of our members and building a strong, supportive community of like-minded individuals who value health and strength.
Our mission is simple: to get you in shape while teaching you authentic boxing skills. We offer both private and group lessons rooted in fundamentally sound techniques, following a progressive training curriculum designed to help you master boxing while improving your fitness.
We pride ourselves on being a warm, welcoming, and diverse community. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer, you’ll find encouragement, camaraderie, and a place to grow stronger—physically and mentally.

Our Classes
At Left 2 the Chin we offer classes Monday-Saturday. Our classes are designed for people at every fitness level. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. If you want to lose weight, keep active, or learn self-defense we can provide that with our classes. Boxing is a great full body workout, it can help you with your legs, core, back, shoulders, arms and is one of the best cardio workouts. Boxing is also very helpful with getting out aggression and it’s an excellent source of stress relief.
